One Potato Katsu Sauce
Katsu is a delicious Japanese dish that’s sure to be a hit with the whole family! It typically refers to a breaded and fried cutlet, usually made from chicken, pork, or tofu, that’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Katsu is served with a sweet and tangy savory dipping sauce - katsu sauce. When it is served with pork cutlets, known as ‘tonkatsu,’ you’ll see this sauce frequently called ‘tonkatsu sauce.’ Here is our quick and easy version!
