One Potato is back – with more you will love. ❤️
We went into hibernation to fortify our offering and give you more control over your meals (and ingredients!). Your rave reviews of our meal kits, sauce flavors, and family favorite meals inspired us to create this new version of One Potato… drumroll, please… a community and newsletter! Giving you the opportunity to play with more flavor options and making the recipes your own.
Welcome to the One Potato Community – this is our *new* home. We are here to stay.
We have some uncovered oldies like our Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Plantain Chips, your family favorites like Crispy Chicken Chicken Nuggets, and we are in R&D on a new set of recipes, exploding with flavor!
Our mission remains the same:
Simplifying family meal planning
Providing weekly recipes with fun foodie activities for all ages
Teaching you how to build a family culture around healthy eating, with the added bonus of getting your kids started early in the kitchen
Stay tuned for our next update about what to expect in our newsletters and how you can get involved.
And because we can't ignore the elephant in the room… We know you expected our meal kits to come back. After research and a lot of consideration, we concluded families have subscription-box and meal-kit delivery fatigue, and now many of us are saving time by ordering groceries online, and graduating to new approaches like InstaCart when you are dining in as a family. We are graduating to the next evolution of One Potato! Let's go.
The new way it works: Instead of shipping you a box of ingredients from our kitchen to yours, One Potato will send you the monthly meal plan and weekly recipes, allowing you to use your favorite ingredients, price point, quality, and portions. So go ahead and pick your favorite produce you desire – at the height of ripeness you prefer – and let's go!
We can’t wait to tell you more.
But wait just one second…
